REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Digital Services & Marketing Campaigns Due to the intellectual, labor-intensive, and non-returnable nature of our digital marketing services, ad management, and strategic consulting, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced, ad budgets have been deployed, or digital assets have been delivered. Cancellations * Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services (e.g., social media and ad management), clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day written notice to contact@glowderm-marketing.com. You will be billed for the final 30 days of service. * One-Time Projects: If a client chooses to terminate a one-time marketing project before completion, any deposits paid are non-refundable to cover the agency labor already executed. If you have any issues with your delivered digital service, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to revise the deliverables according to the original scope of work.
